The Taylor sisters were born and raised in Meeteetse and have decided to make their home where they have roots. They are excited to be joining together to bring health and wellbeing to the forefront of the community.
Bethany Taylor, LMT
Bethany attended the massage therapy program at Sheridan College in Wyoming. She passed the national MBLEx exam and received her massage license from Washington State. After working at a resort spa on the San Juan Islands, she returned to Park County. She continues her education in massage techniques. She is athletic and enjoys running and road biking as well as yoga. As an athlete, she appreciates a restorative massage. She is trained in many massage modalities. Each of these is incorporated into each massage treatment.
Sheridan Trask, RYT200
Sheridan started a committed practice of yoga to compliment an active lifestyle of running, cycling, and pushing her body. She enjoyed the embodiment of a yoga studio and found one that fit her needs while advancing her practice. This led Sheridan to learn more about the styles of yoga such as Yin and Vinyasa. Sheridan successfully completed a comprehensive 200-hour Yoga teacher training and has been certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT200 by the Yoga Alliance.
Justine May, RYT200
Justine was first introduced to yoga in college and she was hooked. Since then, she has explored many types of practices including Vinyasa, Bikram, Kundalini, and Buti. Justine is a photographer, musician, and avid snowboarder. She has successfully completed a 200-hour Yoga teacher training in Cody, Wyoming last year, as well as becoming certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) by Yoga Alliance.
